Transmission at Chorlton Arts Festival

RobinWe’ll be loading up our little yellow Robin Reliant and heading out to Chorlton on Saturday 19th May. We have a stall at the Arts and Crafts Market which is part of the Chorlton Arts Festival. The Market is in St Clement’s Church, Edge Lane and will run from 10am until 4pm. From midday the church is also the venue of the official launch event, which will feature storyteller Gina Perry, caricaturist Danny Isdale, music from Manchester Community Choir, Sam King, The Weavils and much more. This sounds like it is an event for the whole family - if the Transmission Team don’t hog the promised bouncy castle that is…

Also, on the 25th May, I will be giving a talk at Battery Park on Wilbraham Road. I must stress that this is also part of the Festival - my days of spontaneous street-preaching are far behind me. More details of this event to follow…

What a fabulous little run around you’ve got there! Does it run on bio-fuels?
